Where can I have my order shipped to?

At the moment we are only able to ship orders to a delivery address in Spain (Mainland, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and Portugal (except the Madeira and Azores archipelagos). We do not accept P.O.Boxes as a valid shipping address.

Which languages is blanco.com available in?

blanco.com is available in spanish, Portuguese, french and english.

Do I need to create an account to shop?

Yes, you need to create an account to place an order with us. You can do so during the purchasing process or at any time you wish in the "Log In" section of our web page.

Can I amend my registration details?

Yes, to amend your registration details go to the "Log In" section and enter your e-mail and password. Then go to "My account" and click on "Amend Details".

Can I unsubscribe from blanco.com?

Yes, to unsubscribe please send an e-mail to contact@blanco.com.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

You can reset your password in the "Log In" section. Click on "Forgotten your Password?" and follow the instructions to reset your password.

How often is the product selection updated?

We regularly update our stock selection throughout the season.

Is there a size guide?

Yes, you can check the size on the "Size Guide" section. This information is also available on the product file.

Is there a care guide?

Yes, you will find the care instructions for each product on the "Care Guide" section. This information is also available on the product file.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

We are unable to amend or cancel an order once it has been submitted. If you no longer want your order, please return it to us following our returns instructions once you have received it. We are unable to add items to an existing order, therefore you will need to place a new order if you want to add further items to your purchase.

Can I return an unwanted item?

Yes, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return any unworn item by post or to a BLANCO store. We are unable to accept returns of lingerie, jewellery and cosmetics which are not in their original sealed packaging. The returns of any of the Outlet products must be made by post. Items purchased from June 12, 2013 in blanco.com can only be returned by mail or in shops that are not in clearance sale. Please check our "Returns" section for instructions on how to return.

How will I be refunded?

All sums that may already have been received by BLANCO and which have to be returned to customers, as far as possible, using the same payment method used during the purchase.

What do I do if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?

If you receive a faulty item or an item you have not ordered, please contact our Customer Care department immediately and we will let you know how to proceed.

Portugal
You can send an e-mail to apoiocliente@blanco.com. Opening hours (Except Spain Bank Holidays): Monday to Friday from 9 a.m to 5 p.m. (Portuguese Spanish time)

How can I pay for my purchases at blanco.com?

You can pay using Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, BlancoCard, BlancoCash y BlancoCash Teen cards. You can also pay via PayPal. In Spain, you can also pay via BlancoCard, BlancoCash and BlancoCash Teen

Is it safe to shop at blanco.com?

At blanco.com we guarantee that we safely and confidentially process your payment. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems.

How can I know my order status?

Go to "Log In" and enter your email address and password. Click on "My Orders" and you will find information about the status of your order.

How much will I pay for shipping?

Home delivery
Shipping cost is 3.95 EUR to Spain (Mainland) and Balearic Islands and 11.95 EUR to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and 4.95 EUR to Portugal. Express shipping cost is 6.95 EUR to Portugal. The shipping cost amount will show on the order summary before the order is confirmed.

Store delivery
Store delivery orders are free of shipping costs.

What do I have to do to receive my order at the shop?

To collect your order at the shop you will need the order number, which you will have received in an e-mail and SMS, as well as your national identity card or passport. If the order is collected by a third party designated by you, this person must provide his/her name and surname for identification as well as the order number provided by BLANCO, and the person who made the purchase must be correctly identified.

How soon will I get my order?

The approximate delivery time is:

Home delivery:
o Spain Peninsula Territories, Portugal and the Balearic Islands: 3-5 working days.
o o Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 3-10 working days.

The stated shipping times may take longer during our sales or promotions, with an approximate delivery time of 6 to 10 business days.

Store delivery:
o Spain Peninsula Territories, Portugal: 2-7 working days
o Canary Islands, Ceuta and the Balearic Islands: 6-14 working days

Nevertheless, whenever compliance with such terms depends also on third parties, blanco.com cannot guarantee a delivery period of less than 15 days.

When returning goods to a store, please note you must return them to a store within the same delivery zone the order was sent to.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes, you can request an invoice within 30 days from the order date. For Spain, send an e-mail to contact@blanco.com or call 901 120 221. For Portugal, send an e-mail to contact@blanco.com.

Do you accept corporate orders from businesses and companies?

No, blanco.com only sells to individuals; if you wish to make a purchase as a company, we suggest that you do so in one of our BLANCO stores.

What is the shipping address?

The shipping address is the address where you want us to send your order to. Delivery is made from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Please make sure that there is someone at this address to sign for the delivery of the order.
