Should you wish to return an item bought at blanco.com you can do so within thirty days (30) from the date of delivery, provided that they have not been used and are in perfect condition.

In the event of returns which include several items on special offer (4x3, 2x1, 50% off on second unit etc.), you will need to return all the items purchased under the special offer. For returns of items on special offer whose discount applies to a single item or special offers with a discount on the total purchase, the amount to be refunded will be the amount the customer paid for the item, shown on the receipt and not the price of the item when not on special offer. Should you have used a discount voucher to make the purchase, please note that the value of the discount voucher used will not be refunded.

All sums that may already have been received by BLANCO and which have to be returned to customers will be paid, as far as possible, using the same payment method used during the purchase.

Returning to a store

You can return items bought at blanco.com at any BLANCO store which has the section to which the item belongs to -Woman, Man, Accessories, Beauty- and which is located in the same delivery zone in which you received the order. Items purchased from June 12, 2013 in blanco.com can only be returned by mail or in shops that are not in clearance sale.

The different areas are:
1. Mainland, Balearic Islands
2. Canary Island.
3. Ceuta and Melilla
4. Portugal

You must bring along the receipt we sent you with the order as proof of purchase. If you no longer have this form please get in touch with Customer Care.

In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on lingerie, jewellery and cosmetics which are not in their original sealed packaging.

We may not accept items that are not in the same conditions they were sent to the customer or sent outside the stipulated timeframe.

We are unable to accept returns in our BlancoSTOCK stores or stores that are in clearance sale. Orders shipped to Melilla can only be returned by post.

Returning by post

Please follow the steps below to return your order by post:

1-Contact our Customer Care department to get a return code.

2-Complete the Returns Form (on the back of the receipt) which you received with your order, indicating your order number and the reference of the items you wish to return. If you no longer have this document, you can print a duplicate through "My Orders" section, once you have signed in.

3-Place the items you wish to return along with the Returns Form (on the back of the receipt) in a box or envelope and clearly indicate the return shipping address, the order and return number on the outer part of the envelope or box and return defect code.

We recommend that you use recorded delivery service so you can keep a proof of shipment. We are not liable for returns that do not reach our warehouse. Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment. blanco.com will not accept returns sent via C.O.D.

Returned items will be carefully inspected. Once we have checked they are in perfect condition and have all inside labels attached, we will refund the due amount. The refund will be issued as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days of receipt of the item at blanco.com

We recommend that you use Correos recorded delivery service when returning items from the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. The address for sending returns is as follows:

Once we receive your package we will assess the item and if deemed faulty we will refund the amount to the same credit card or PayPal account used for purchase. Shipping costs will be refunded providing there are no further items on the order. Your refund will be carried out as soon as possible and, in any case, within the 30 days of receiving your return.

Free returns subject to promotions

If you are eligible for a promotion in which the costs of returning the articles will be assumed by BLANCO, please follow these steps:
