Senior Manager / Head of Digital Platform Experience (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Senior Manager / Head of Digital Platform Experience (m/f/d) for the Digital Marketing & E-Commerce department at the Oberderdingen site.

Responsibilities:

• Continuous optimization of user and brand experience as well as sales/lead conversion on BLANCO's digital platforms
• Strategic planning, coordination, conception and implementation of all measures to improve the UX 
• Development and implementation of the Path to Purchase 
• Responsible for BLANCO's digital platforms and building BLANCO's digital footprint 
• Translate consumer and customer needs into content 
• Develop and evolve platform strategy & roadmap 
• Establish a global email marketing strategy including regular performance reviews 
• Interdisciplinary and cross-interface projects across all departments
• Provide updates on market trends, competitor assessments, innovations and potential solutions 
• Select and manage budgets and agencies 
• Ensure legal requirements are met

Requirements:

• Min 5 years experience in a similar role in an international B2C/B2B company 
• English business fluent (written and oral), German language skills are a plus 
• Experience in managing employees 
• Sales and Marketing record track 
• Ability to understand distinct aspects from the beginning while taking a comprehensive systems-level approach to solving problems
