TORONTO, Jan. 8th, 2018 – Blanco SILGRANIT® is a revolutionary, patented material technology with over 30 years of manufacturing legacy, recognized globally for its strength, durability and beauty. As it may not be commonly known, there is a rich story of people, technology and science behind the manufacturing of SILGRANIT®. Most people don’t know the intimate details involved in the making of SILGRANIT®, which is why BLANCO is excited to share a behind the scenes, in-depth look at the important components involved in the creation and evolution of this impressive quartz/granite composite material.
Blanco has partnered with Arc & Co Design Collective to create an immersive SILGRANIT® experience in the form of a dedicated, interactive campaign exhibit space showcasing a beautiful storybook along with special product experiences. The launch of the All in the Details campaign – The BLANCO SILGRANIT® Story will take place at the Interior Design Show, January 18-21, 2018, at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. The special literature piece will feature personalized stories and manufacturing and design details such as hand-drawn sketches and unique macro photography.
The story portrayed in this literature piece was the driving inspiration behind Arc & Co.’s design of Blanco’s booth for IDS 2018. Set against a mid-century modern architectural backdrop, the dedicated campaign space will captivate visitors by guiding them through a SILGRANIT® journey - from raw material straight through to the finished product. The campaign space will highlight the manufacturing process in the form of an artist’s studio – showcasing the design of SILGRANIT® products in a visual, sculptural and tactile way. The people, design and science behind SILGRANIT® are what makes this material truly unique from other quartz/granite composites on the market. With this new campaign, Blanco is proud to educate and inspire on the superior and outstanding characteristics of their Made in Canada SILGRANIT® material. Blanco’s booth will be in a central location on the show floor at IDS 2018, booth # 914.
