BLANCO UK is following Government guidance to ensure the protection of our employees, our customers and our suppliers. We are also working hard to provide business continuity as best we can within the restrictions.

As the Coronavirus Pandemic continues to impact the nation and further measures are required to help reduce and, ultimately, stop the spread of COVID-19, I wanted to write to you with an update from BLANCO UK and reassure you that we are still operating and maintaining our services as best we can, with the safety of our staff, our customers and the general public as our primary objectives.

Our showroom may be closed, and customer collections suspended for the time being, but in order to support those customers that need it – orders can still be placed and received. Aftersales and spare parts services remain operational and the Regional Sales Team can all be contacted for product information, training, advice or just a chat.

We at BLANCO UK have remained operational throughout, with our focus on rock-solid service, providing continuity for those businesses that needed us during the Government’s restrictions and ensuring the safety of our customers and colleagues at all times..

Our commitment to the highest standards of customer care are unchanged which means that we will continue to work closely with all customers and suppliers in order to understand their specific requirements.
