And as we consider ourselves to be responsible for our products throughout their lifespan, you will be able to get the right replacement parts from us even years later. Should you experience any problems with one of our products, we’ll take care of it. We employ over 35 members of staff in our service centre in Germany for precisely that purpose. We have built up a close-knit network of service technicians in all of the markets within which we operate.

We also offer additional services to staff at our retail partners. Our training courses on advice and correct installation are very popular. The highlight is the training sessions at our training centre in Oberderdingen.

One good example of this is the AXial concept, first unveiled by BLANCO in 2001. For the first time, AXial sinks allowed the user to undertake kitchen prep at the sink itself, in a highly efficient way. Today, having seen a number of further developments, it continues to provide the utmost ergonomic comfort and convenience.

Many of our developments draw upon our considerable expertise in materials and our experience as a sink specialist. In 2009 we presented our in-house innovation, the sink material Silgranit PuraDur, to customers. This was the result of a long development process and testing by independent testing institutes, who declared it to offer unparalleled robustness and ease of maintenance. Today, sinks made of Silgranit PuraDur are the best-selling composite sinks worldwide. Once you have experienced the advantages of this material, there’s no going back.

Often, however, the innovations are in the little details. At first glance these may be inconspicuous, but they offer tangible benefits. Such details can only come from the kind of company that is highly focused on sink centres. As such, our mixer taps always come with a little dirt filter for the angle valve as standard. This saves you the trouble of a dripping tap and greatly prolongs its lifespan.
