K/BIS 2009 was a tremendous success for BLANCO in a year that was possibly the most challenging for attendance, travel and sales. Hundreds of designers took the SILGRANIT® II challenge and were unable to mar the test sink with a fork, demonstrating the cleanability and durability of this innovative new formulation.

STEELART® was a show highlight with designers and press alike unable to keep their hands off the exclusive, seamless perfection of the new FLOW™, ARCON™, PRECISION™ 16″ and MicroEdge™ collections. Our sales team gathered hundreds of leads that we will follow up with as soon as possible – putting you in touch with quality customers who made the commitment to their business by attending K/BIS this year.

We provided press tours for over 40 print and online outlets including Bon Appetit, ELLE Decor, House Beautiful, Architectural Record, Interior Design, Kitchens.com and more. These meetings will result in millions of press impressions over the coming year, helping to drive demand for the BLANCO brand. The BLANCO booth was bathed in television lights and cameras the entire weekend. We began Friday with a Satellite Media Tour that broadcast live to approximately 259 morning shows across the country. Overall, the show exceeded our expectations for traffic, quality client opportunities and extraordinary press coverage. The investments made here will pay off in long term branding and sales going forward.
