Oberderdingen (Germany), 09/03/2023 – Change in BLANCO’s Management Board: Chief Operating Officer Andreas Ostermann von Roth (58) will leave the company of his own accord on 30 June 2023. Holger Harald Stephan (50) will initially join the BLANCO Group as a member of the Management Board from 01/04/2023 before taking over as Chief Operating Officer from 01/07/2023. His responsibilities will include production, supply chain and logistics.
Andreas Ostermann von Roth has been working for BLANCO since January 2020 and has been responsible for the operation of the company's global production plants and logistics centres as Chief Operating Officer.
Bernd Eckl, CEO of BLANC & FISCHER Family Holding and Chairman of the BLANCO Supervisory Board, says that the focus is now on continuing the current course: "Over recent years, Andreas Ostermann von Roth has done a superb job of continuing to develop BLANCO’s global production and logistics in both structural and operational terms. As such, we regret his departure, but of course we respect his wish to spend more time with his family. At the same time, we are delighted to have gained an experienced operations professional, in the person of Holger Harald Stephan. His expertise will help us to advance with the strategic orientation of BLANCO’s operational areas."
